Client Care Manager

Requirements

  • Be friendly and patient
  • Can work within the constantly-changing priorities of our fast-paced environment
  • A willingness to constantly learn
  • Have a level of comfort in the functionality and editing of websites
  • Small level of experience working in HTML and templates
  • Ability to document processes
  • Two-three years experience work in IT or customer service
  • University degree or community college diploma in information technology, programming or public relations

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email and provide support for our products
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our products and how to use them for editing websites, setting up registrations and more.
  • As necessary triage the support tasks by working with internal departments to meet customer’s needs all within a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide training on product use
  • Provide some assistance to the sales team
  • Additional responsibilities as required

We are a Bedford-based software development firm that over the last 18 years the company has built over 3,000 websites, web applications and mobile apps for industry, government and non-profit organizations throughout Canada. We are collaborative and passionate about our work and we are growing.
