Strong Start for novAI LABS: Bringing Practical AI Tools to Nova Scotia Businesses
Yesterday, our team at immediac kicked off the novAI LABS roadshow in Yarmouth with a fantastic turnout, strong community energy, and engaging discussions about how AI can be used in practical, actionable ways by businesses of all sizes.
Led by our CEO and one of our full stack developers, the workshop focused on cutting through the AI noise and helping participants understand real tools they can start using right away—whether they’re exploring automation for the first time or looking to level up existing processes.
We’re proud to be leading every stop on this province-wide roadshow, developed in partnership with IGNITE Atlantic and Digital Nova Scotia. These workshops are designed to support entrepreneurs across Nova Scotia—especially in rural communities—by delivering clear, hands-on guidance on using AI to solve everyday business challenges.
A Big Week for Rural Innovation
Just ahead of our Yarmouth session, Minister Colton LeBlanc announced a $1.6 million investment in IGNITE Atlantic over the next three years. This support will help IGNITE continue its mission to empower rural entrepreneurs, youth, and startups through mentorship, programming, and initiatives like novAI LABS.
As a long-time tech partner in this region, immediac is excited to play a role in helping businesses across Nova Scotia explore what’s possible with AI—and apply it with confidence.
