immediac is seeking a Creative Director to lead our design team in crafting exceptional websites, apps, and software experiences. As Creative Director, you will define the creative vision, oversee all aspects of design, and ensure our products align with client goals and industry-leading standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic thinking with creative execution.

The position responsibilities include:

  • Develop and articulate a clear creative vision for projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and user needs
  • Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate innovative concepts and designs
  • Set and maintain high standards for design quality and user experience across all products
  • Mentor and inspire a team of designers, fostering professional growth and a collaborative culture
  • Provide constructive feedback on design work, guiding the team to deliver their best
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to keep our work cutting-edge

Requirements:

  • You have a degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
  • You have proven experience as a Creative Director or similar leadership role in website, app, and/or software design
  • You have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and user-centered approaches
  • You are familiar with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and have an understanding of web and app development processes
  • You are detail oriented
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
