immediac is looking for a Project Leader/Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of managing software development projects from conception to completion while ensuring systems are analyzed, designed, and implemented to meet client needs. This is an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.

The position responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document detailed requirements, ensuring business goals and technical needs are met
  • Translate requirements into actionable technical solutions
  • Plan, organize, and oversee software development projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to scope
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to ensure smooth project execution
  • Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, address concerns, and refine requirements
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet end-user expectations
  • Create and maintain functional specifications, workflows, and system design documentation

Requirements:

  • You are detail oriented
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • You have proven experience in project management and systems analysis, preferably in software development
  • You have a proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
