immediac is looking for a Software Testing Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure our websites, apps, and software meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You’ll lead the testing lifecycle and work closely with development and operations teams to deliver exceptional software solutions.

The position responsibilities include:

• Conduct thorough testing of websites, apps, and custom software
• Check software functionality on different operating systems, browsers and devices
• Develop comprehensive testing strategies, checklists, and plans including automated and manual testing
• Evaluate and implement advanced testing tools and methods to enhance efficiency
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to understand requirements and define quality benchmarks
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report issues to the development team
• Maintain thorough documentation of all test results

Requirements:

• You are detail oriented
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• You have proven experience with QA and software testing
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills
